100% SOLIDSZERO VOCSELF-LEVELING

Two-component, 100% solids structural epoxy formulated as a base coat or standalone build for garages, basements, warehouses, and showrooms. Walk-on at 12 hours, return-to-service at 36. Meets ASTM C-579 compressive strength at 4500 PSI. Pair with RS Poly polyaspartic topcoat for the full system.

Field Procedure

01

Prep Substrate

Diamond grind to CSP 3-4. Vacuum thoroughly. Moisture test — under 4 lbs MVT. If higher, prime with MVB Primer first.

Mix Components

2:1 by volume, A into B. Power mix 3 minutes at 400-600 RPM. Scrape sides. Do not whip air.

Apply

Pour ribbon. Spread with 1/8" notched squeegee. Backroll with 3/8" lint-free roller. Move within 45 minutes.

Cure & Topcoat

Walk-on at 12h. Sand and topcoat with RS Poly polyaspartic at 24–48h window for chemical bond.
